CTOT Site No. Reference Sheet

• ​Find your last name or the name of your organization listed alphabetically on the chart.  Enter the Site no. found beside your name into the designated field on the reservation form. 
• The color codes indicate how much your site will cost.   Make sure you use the drop down menu to select the correct site fee amount when making your payment!  (Any over payments will be made only in the form of a check via regular mail.  We can no longer return funds back to your credit card.  If you don’t pay enough, you’ll need to do another transaction to make up the difference.)
