Donate product (treats) for the kids
Donate lunches for our volunteers during Set-Up week

This event isn't just about pumpkins, witches and skeletons!
  • YES, your support will ensure the continuation of this much loved, family-friendly, 19 year (and counting) event.
  • YES, when you sponsor, you'll get a LOT of exposure... over 8,500 people of all ages attending, plus thousands of webpage views and over 10,000 social media followers.
  • YES, you'll have a blast with your staff creatively tying in your brand with your Halloween decorations when you set up a booth in the trick or treat area that features over 100 amazing displays.
  • YES, you'll get bombarded with smiles and "thank yous" from the kids and their grown-ups while handing out over 3,000 treats!

BUT, did you know your support also helps...
  • Community events in addition to CTOT, that get people outdoors, moving and learning about the environment like the Egg Scramble, Experience Codorus Outdoors, Paddle for the Park and Art in the Park
  • Environmental education provided by the park educators including the popular winter program, Maple Sugaring
  • Park maintenance when the park's financial resources fall short and fast action is needed, funds can be provided quickly, for things like replacing pumps for the pool, repairing riding mowers or buying equipment to remove fallen trees.
  • Big park projects like
    • the planning and construction of the pavilion at the main launch to reserve for parties and celebrations
    • the purchase and installation of a large kayak shed with kayaks for the popular "Wildlife Watchers on the Lake" programs
    • the donation of a box trailer to get park educational programs "on the road"
    • funding extensive renovations at the Black Rock Lodge to generate additional income and provide accommodations at the park year round.  Families can celebrate the holidays lakeside!

You and your team will be a part of this and more, when you give.
