Codorus Trick or Treat Vendor Applications
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE...  COMPLETE ALL 3 STEPS AT THE SAME TIME.  DO NOT JUST SEND PAYMENT WITHOUT THE FORMS OR PAPERWORK! 

Vendors:  You need to do the following to secure your vendor space this year:

1.  Fill out and submit the Vendor Application below.  Be sure to click SUBMIT.
2.  Submit your payment.  If you don't see the payment option, scroll to the bottom of the page.
3.  Food vendors MUST submit a copy/picture of their valid food license and insurance policy at the time of application.  Text images to Kathy at:  717-476-1630 or email copies to:  codorustreats@gmail.com
