NEW!  All memberships will now run on the calendar year, so will be due every year in January. 

Two easy steps to become or renew a membership!

1.  Fill out the form below and submit.  (Be sure to click "SUBMIT".  You will see a "Thanks! Your response was submitted," page pop up if your submission went through successfully.)

2.  Submit Payment.  Your receipt will be sent to the email address provided with your payment.

FOCSP collects your email and personal information to keep you apprised of FOCSP events and activities.  This information is never shared with any third parties unless compelled to do so by law.  

2.  Submit your payment.

​Use the drop down list to select your level(s) of membership and submit payment.
NOTICE:  All yearly memberships run on a "calendar year" from January through December. 
LIFETIME MEMBERSHIPS:  Pay all at once, or installments over five years.
