Codorus State Park is offering an Interpretive Host Training in June! This training will help you provide excellent customer service to your park visitors with every interaction!
In this 2-day training, participants explore how to connect visitors to park resources in meaningful ways, gather tips and techniques for effective communication, and find out what it takes to make customer service SHINE.
The training will be held at the Park Visitor Center June 17 & 18 from 8:30 AM- 3:00 PM. More information will follow registration.
This training is FREE to DCNR staff and volunteers, but participants must register. To register, or for more information, contact Beth Garner at the email address below. Space is limited, so registering early is recommended.
